The sitcom on Netflix has been really struggling for years, and unfortunately we can now add smart enough to the list after the cancellation on Netflix with only one season with its name.Pretty Smart is a Netflix original comedy series made by Jack Dolgen and Doug Mand. Kourtney Kang, former executive producer How I Met Your Mother is one of the six executive producers of Pretty Smart. Netflix has struggled to find success in its sitcoms over the years, and while there was potential for pretty smart to break netflix’s sitcom slump, sadly it was never to be.
The series revolves around Chelsea, an intellectual who has a Harvard education, who moved with his sister who was free of Claire’s care, and three of his roommates who were eccentric and pleasant on the west coast.

For months we hear a little or there is no word about the future that is smart enough on Netflix. The longer the silence of the radio for every renewal news the more likely it will be canceled. On April 27, 2022 it was reported by various news outlets that the event had been canceled by Netflix after only one season.
This event can reach a list of ten US Netflix. The performance time spent at the top of the top is only three days, and the highest rank is the eighth place. It failed to remain at the top 10 in any region outside 11 days (South Africa) which showed that the show was not a large amount that was interesting to Netflix of the bat.
Another data that we can see is IMDB Moviemeter which measures the popularity of the show on its dates. We can see a brief increase in the popularity of the week after release but a sharp decline afterwards.Likewise, Google’s trend seems to suggest the event experience a rapid decline in interest after release to Netflix.Reviews are also not too strong for this series. When updating, only holds 5.9 out of 10 in IMDB.
What to expect from the second season of Pretty Smart?
A fierce love triangle is happening at home when Claire, who has just broken up with Dave, goes home and starts kissing a former Grant, who has dated his sister Chelsea!Chelsea are a few seconds from walking on Claire Kissing Grant. What makes the situation more awkward is that Chelsea want to talk to Claire about novice romance with Grant, and whether Claire feels comfortable for his sister to date an ex.
So expect season 2 to be all about the ongoing love triangle between Chelsea, Claire, and Grant.
